  • The price of parking is calculated according to the valid price list based on the number of hours you have booked.
  • You can arrive up to 12 hours before your specified arrival time, in which case the parking time will start counting from the moment you arrive at the car park.
  • If you park for longer than your reservation, you will pay the remaining parking fee on site at the ticket terminal.
  • Online reservations are only valid after payment has been made.
  • The maximum vehicle height is 2.1 metres. The entry of LPG/CNG vehicles is prohibited.

How to make a reservation and park with confidence

Online booking order

On your computer, tablet or mobile, fill in a simple booking formwhere you enter basic information about you, your estimated time of arrival and departure. You will also see the calculated parking price.

Email with QR code

You will also receive a QR code in your parking order confirmation email - your simple key to your parking order.
You can arrive up to 12 hours before your specified arrival time, in which case your parking time will start to count from the moment you arrive at the car park.

Entrance to the car park

You can scan the QR code on the stand by the parking lot entrance barrier (bottom left of the stand).
Entry for online reservations is only possible by scanning the QR code. Entering with a parking ticket does not activate an online reservation; it only activates standard parking.

Selecting a parking space

Customers with an online reservation should select an available parking space. If the parking lot is full, the customer should call a staff member, who will free up a space. To call a staff member, use the intercom located on the first floor, just past the parking lot entrance on the right (near the entrance to the staff office).

Did you park longer? No problem.

If you exceed your booked parking time, you simply pay for the extra time. Again by retrieving the QR code from the order confirmation. This time on the payment terminal (top left).

Exit from the car park

Once you have been accepted to exit the car park, the barrier will open automatically and you can leave the car park.
You can leave and re-enter the car park at any time during the booked period.

Cancellation policy:

  • 4 days or more before arrival (5% of the total amount)
  • 3 days before arrival (10% of the total amount)
  • 2 days before arrival (25% of the total amount)
  • 1 day before arrival (50% of the total amount )
  • day of arrival or no show (100% of the total amount)
